Tony Samara
Tony Samara is a Lisbon, Portugal-based meditation teacher who describes his work as "a subtle path of awakening" centred on inner clarity, ethical maturity and the gradual opening of the heart rather than belief or ideology; he is the author of sixteen books and has built a following of nearly 15,000 students on Insight Timer over more than three decades of teaching.
His current activity runs almost entirely online: a daily Sacred Sound Meditation, guided meditations and courses distributed via his website and Substack, one-to-one consultations, and content on Instagram and YouTube; no in-person retreat calendar was found on his current site.
