About the teacher

Jeff Warren

Jeff Warren teaches secular meditation with a distinctively irreverent, exploratory tone, and speaks openly about his own experience with ADHD and bipolar disorder as part of his teaching, an unusual degree of candour in the mindfulness field. He teaches through Calm and Ten Percent Happier and hosts the Mind Bod Adventure Pod podcast.

He leads his own retreat at Omega Institute from 14 to 16 August 2026, co-leads the 'Meditation Party' retreat there with Dan Harris and Sebene Selassie from 16 to 18 October, and maintains a free meditation library, Home Base, on Substack.

Being human takes practice, and meditation is the practice of being human.
