Sarah Powers has taught for over 30 years, combining Yin yoga with mindfulness-based flow practices. She trained in Psychosynthesis and Internal Family Systems psychology, with over 35 years studying spiritual psychology, and her Buddhist training includes long retreats in Vipassana, Tantric and Dzogchen practice.
She co-founded the Insight Yoga Institute in 2010 with her husband Ty Powers, and is the author of Insight Yoga and Lit from Within, both integrating yoga, Buddhism, Taoism and transpersonal psychology.
