Jeff Carreira
Jeff Carreira spent about twenty years in intensive practice within Andrew Cohen's spiritual community, eventually serving as Director of Education for EnlightenNext until the organization dissolved in 2013. Since 2005 he has taught meditation and spiritual philosophy independently and through collaborative projects such as The Evolutionary Collective and Opening to the Infinite; he has authored dozens of books on the practice he calls "conscious contentment."
He currently runs The Mystery School for a New Paradigm, an online practice community, alongside a teacher-training program. In 2026 he is leading two in-person Mystical Breakthrough retreats.
