American teacher of nondual realization and personal transformation, describing herself as a "teacher of reality, not spirituality," following a spontaneous awakening in 2005.
Kiran Trace had no prior spiritual training or lineage when, in April 2005, she experienced what she describes as a spontaneous and complete awakening into her true nature. After nearly a decade of declining to teach, a personal loss shifted her willingness, and she began writing before moving into private sessions and structured group teaching.
She describes her focus as practical, human-development work rather than spiritual practice in the traditional sense: tools for freedom from suffering, delivered with a mix of directness, humor and clarity. She is the author of three books, Tools for Sanity, Freedom vs Fear, and Blindingly Bright Body, and hosts the Humans Decoded podcast.
Based in California, she now teaches primarily online, offering structured multi-week programs, a free introductory challenge, one-on-one mentoring, and occasional retreats.
“The miracle of effortless opportunity is always available to you. Do you know how to harness and wield it?”Kiran Trace
