J. Stewart Dixon

J. Stewart Dixon holds a communications degree from Syracuse University and studied mindfulness (MBSR and MBCT) at the University of Virginia, alongside twenty-nine years of independent study with a range of nonduality, Advaita and Zen teachers. His teaching centers on a secular "Know Thyself" approach to self-inquiry. He is the author of several books, including 21 Days: A Guide for Spiritual Beginners.

He currently offers three tiered online courses and one-on-one coaching, with no separate public events calendar; he also serves on the board of Sevenoaks Retreat Center in Madison, Virginia.

There is not a single one of us—okay, maybe a handful of sparkly, eighteen-year-old TikTok influencers—who doesn't have, hasn't had, or will never have deep-seated body issues.
