Spring Washam

Spring Washam is a founding teacher at the East Bay Meditation Center and serves on the teacher's council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Alongside her Buddhist training, she has spent over a decade studying shamanic and indigenous healing practices, and founded Lotus Vine Journeys to guide ceremonial healing work.

She is the author of The Spirit of Harriet Tubman: Awakening from the Underground, which weaves Tubman's legacy together with Buddhist dharma and meditation practice, and co-hosts the podcast The Spirit Underground with Lama Rod Owens.
