About the teacher

Swami Padmanabha

Swami Padmanabha was born in Argentina and has spent decades in monastic life, rooted in the Gaudiya Vaishnava bhakti tradition. Now in his mid-forties, he recently enrolled at Harvard Divinity School, a turn he documents in a video series he calls A Monk at Harvard.

His teaching centres on sacred relationship — with oneself, with others, with the world and with the divine — and on the vulnerability he treats as its precondition. He writes books, records the Free Radical podcast, teaches audio and video classes in both English and Spanish, runs a learning community called TADATMYA, and travels for satsangs and retreats. His schedule is at swamipadmanabha.com/events.

We cannot have love in our life if we do not allow ourselves to be seen completely. And for that, we must be willing to be vulnerable.
