Lynn Marie Lumiere
Lynn Marie Lumiere has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1992, holding degrees in counselling and somatic psychology and certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Her approach, which she calls Empowered Embodiment, draws on Western nondual teachings, Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen and bhakti yoga alongside her clinical training, and is informed by her own healing from trauma and chronic illness.
She currently offers individual and couples psychotherapy alongside Empowered Embodiment groups, online webinars and retreats.
