Louise Kay
Louise Kay worked as an English teacher in the UK for fifteen years before questions about the deeper meaning of life led her toward spirituality; in her early thirties she travelled to India, where she had what she describes as a profound spiritual awakening. Over the following years she integrated that experience into a practice she calls Embodied Awareness, which emphasises releasing unconscious beliefs, conditioning and repressed emotion held in the body rather than working only at the level of insight.
She currently holds donation-based, open guided meditations on Zoom every Saturday and Sunday, plus a midweek silent sitting, and leads group retreats and events both online and internationally.
“When we recognise our divine true nature, a process of deep inner healing begins to take place. We are able to see unconscious patterns playing out, and limiting beliefs and destructive behaviours naturally begin to fall away as we align with a higher consciousness.”Louise Kay
