About the teacher

Lucy Grace

Lucy Grace grew up in poverty in a violent 1980s neighbourhood and was later diagnosed with PTSD; she describes reaching her first significant awakening at 19 without any formal spiritual training or teacher, followed by work as a television journalist and fifteen years as a humanitarian aid worker with organisations including UNICEF, Save the Children and Oxfam. A profound, multi-year spiritual crisis in her mid-thirties led to what she calls a transformative surrender, out of which her current teaching on "embodied wholeness" emerged. She is the author of the book This Untameable Light.

She currently offers private one-on-one sessions, a bi-weekly sangha and a weekly circle, alongside occasional multi-night retreats.

There's a million ways to pray and way, leads on to way. There's a thousand paths, to the God in us. Because the body of God, is everything.
