Come Home Now! Know Lasting Peace & Boundless Joy
A talk by Lawrence Edwards on finding lasting peace and boundless joy.

Yoga & Tantra · Kundalini Yoga · Jungian Psychology
American clinical psychologist and meditation teacher who integrates Kundalini yoga, Buddhist and Vedantic practice with Jungian depth psychology, teaching through the nonprofit he founded, Anam Cara Meditation.
Lawrence Edwards holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Temple University, where his 1986 doctoral thesis studied the effects of Kundalini awakening and unfolding — research he was able to ground in his own mystical experiences, which began in childhood. He draws together a lifetime of practice across yogic, Kundalini and Buddhist traditions with his clinical training and background in Jungian depth psychology, offering meditation and visualization work that spans Buddhist, Vedantic, yogic and shamanic schools alongside Western transpersonal approaches.
He served as president of the Kundalini Research Network for nearly twenty years and has taught thousands of students exploring Kundalini awakening, a transpersonal power he considers widely misunderstood in the West. In 2001 he founded Anam Cara Meditation, a nonprofit dedicated to making meditative teaching from many traditions freely available; his dharma talks and conference presentations are archived on its YouTube channel. He is the author of several books, including The Soul's Journey: Guidance from the Divine Within, Gently Falls Her Rain of Light, O My Beloved, Kali's Bazaar, and, with Sounds True, Awakening Kundalini: The Path to Radical Freedom and Kundalini Rising. Beyond his writing, he offers seminars, courses, retreats and private consultations.
“The source of that joy is our very own Self, forever present, nearer than our breath, waiting in Stillness to be revealed.”Lawrence Edwards
