About the teacher

Jeff Foster

Jeff Foster's writing and teaching centre on what he often calls 'the deepest acceptance': meeting present experience, including pain and doubt, without a spiritual bypass toward certainty or specialness. His books, including The Deepest Acceptance, are known for a plain-spoken, unromantic tone within the non-duality field.

After a serious illness (Lyme disease, with a crisis period in 2021-2022), his current teaching runs mainly through live online meditations and talks; in-person events are not confirmed and should be checked directly before planning to attend.

You do not meditate to escape your humanity. You meditate to fall back in love with it.
