About the teacher

Dan Kelso

Dan Kelso is the creator of Deep Self Investigation, a framework for self-inquiry that takes the sense of separate selfhood as its direct object and asks what lies beyond the individual "I". He describes his own awakening as having happened more than ten years ago, and the understanding as still deepening since.

He refined the method over years of reading across spiritual traditions and philosophical disciplines and of meeting teachers, without naming a lineage of his own. Everything on the site — essays, videos, the book, and personal guidance — is offered freely.

“Ultimate awareness is available to you here and now. This awareness through which you know the world, and even these words now, is complete as it is.”
Dan Kelso
