Hale Dwoskin explores letting go of the desire to feel separate from wholeness, using the Sedona Method.
Non-duality · Emotional Release
American teacher and CEO of Sedona Training Associates, known for the Sedona Method, an emotional-releasing technique he developed alongside his mentor Lester Levenson.
Dwoskin met Lester Levenson in 1976 and worked closely with him for years; by the early 1990s Levenson had entrusted him with the copyrights to his teachings. Dwoskin authored the New York Times bestseller The Sedona Method and co-authored Happiness Is Free with Levenson, and has appeared in the films The Secret and Letting Go. He founded Sedona Training Associates in 1996.
He continues to lead the Sedona Method's multi-day retreats, including a Fall Retreat, a Holiday Retreat and an Advanced Retreat, all currently held as live online broadcasts via Zoom rather than at a physical venue.
“I have seen the process of letting go of the emotions grow into an ability to have more money, better relationships, more radiant health and physical well-being, and an ability to be happy, calm, focused, and even blissful, no matter what is going on around us.”Hale Dwoskin
