Insight Meditation
Co-founder of Gaia House and guiding teacher of the Insight Meditation Society, teaching within the Bodhi College programme.
Christina Feldman co-founded Gaia House in England and serves as a guiding teacher at the Insight Meditation Society, making her one of the senior figures who helped establish the Insight Meditation movement in the West. She now teaches primarily through Bodhi College, with particular attention to the early teachings read closely rather than adapted for a general audience.
She leads a full 2026 Bodhi College programme, including modules of the Committed Practitioners Programme with a retreat in the Netherlands in September, a course on contemplating the early teachings, and the Sangha Sundays series.
