Canela Michelle Meyers

Meyers describes a formative awakening in 1998 and trained as a Kundalini Yoga instructor (1996) and Reiki Master (1994). Rather than treating personal history as something to transcend, her teaching addresses core wounds, trauma, abuse, shame, directly within a nondual framework, positioning her at the intersection of satsang-style spiritual teaching and trauma-informed healing work.

She currently offers online Transform Awake small-group programs, private and couples sessions, and a multi-day private "Transform Awake Immersion" hosted in White Rock, British Columbia (or by arrangement elsewhere); specific dates should be confirmed via her schedule page before planning to attend.
