About the teacher

Ameeta Kaul

Ameeta Kaul, who was given the name "Moving Mountain" at Taos Mountain, describes her spiritual path as shaped by several teachers, including her family's guru Shirdi Sai Baba, Neem Karoli Baba, and, most significantly, nondual teacher Adyashanti, whom she credits with transforming her understanding of awareness and everyday life. Her path deepened after her father's death in 1999, and she has spent over fifteen years working with individuals and groups on questions of consciousness, presence and embodied awareness.

Through Moving Mountain Academy she currently offers satsang, guided team meditations for organizations, one-on-one coaching and workshops, alongside regular reflective essays on her Substack "Engaged Spirituality"; the website does not list concrete upcoming session dates, so interested participants should contact her directly.

In my view, everything and every being in Life is an expression of Life serving Life. Everything has innate value.
