Yung Pueblo is the pen name of Diego Perez, whose writing on healing, self-love and emotional maturity draws on a personal background in Vipassana meditation as taught in the Goenka tradition, a distinct lineage from the Insight Meditation movement built by Western teachers such as Jack Kornfield.
