About the teacher

Tom Das

Tom Das is a medical doctor living in London whose spiritual path began in childhood through aikido, yoga and meditation instruction, and deepened through the writings of Jiddu Krishnamurti and Swami Vivekananda before Sri Ramana Maharshi became his central guru-influence. After 15-20 years of intensive practice spanning Buddhism, Zen, Taoism, Vedanta and Dzogchen, he describes a gradual, multi-year transition into what he calls stable, "ordinary" non-dual recognition.

He currently holds twice-weekly online satsang meetings via the Non-Duality Kingston-London Meetup group, alongside one-to-one spiritual counseling sessions, a teaching blog and a YouTube channel.

The point of this teaching is the realisation of a total freedom, which is already wholly and completely present.
