Susanne Marie
Susanne Marie describes becoming a spiritual seeker at age seven, later drawn through yoga, meditation and consciousness studies into a series of awakenings she calls "remembering intrinsic wholeness." Her teaching treats life itself, and the earth, as primary teacher, and centers on working with held energetic, emotional and physical contraction.
Based in Northern California, she offers spiritual mentoring, a monthly two-hour online drop-in gathering, and an annual in-person retreat. Her 2026 retreat, "Devotion to Truth: An Awakening Immersion," runs October at Vajra Vidya Retreat Center in Crestone, Colorado, with a required application process and limited capacity.
