About the teacher

Richard Lang

Richard Lang first encountered Douglas Harding's work at a workshop in 1970 and has since become the leading figure carrying it forward, coordinating the Shollond Trust, the UK charity founded in 1996 to spread the Headless Way. He is the author of Seeing Who You Really Are (Watkins, 2003) and editor of Open to the Source: Selected Teachings of Douglas Harding (2005), and produced the documentary The Man With No Head about Harding.

He currently leads weekly introductory online workshops on Mondays, free Saturday morning meetings and monthly gatherings in London, plus occasional in-person day workshops, including one in London in September 2026.
