About the teacher

Light Watkins

Light Watkins teaches Vedic Meditation, a mantra-based technique in the same broad Vedic lineage as davidji's work, presented in a deliberately approachable style aimed at meditation newcomers through his book Bliss More and his beginmeditating.com platform.

He leads in-person weekend workshops in Mexico City, an annual New Year's retreat in Mexico at Mar de Jade in Chacala, and programmes through Kripalu and Omega Institute, alongside a daily inspiration email and podcast.

When leaders become as skilled at recovering as they are at performing, they think more clearly, communicate more effectively, lead with greater confidence, and bring out the best in everyone around them.
