About the teacher

Judith Blackstone

Judith Blackstone holds a PhD in psychology and a master's degree in transpersonal psychology, trained at the Institute for Integrative Psychotherapy in New York City, and worked as a psychotherapist for 35 years before retiring from clinical practice. Rather than transmitting a single lineage, she developed the Realization Process over four decades of study across Hindu traditions, a year of Zen monastic residence, and ongoing engagement with Tibetan Mahamudra and Dzogchen.

She now leads the Realization Process through classes, workshops, private sessions and certified teacher trainings, and oversees a network of certified teachers. She has taught at institutions including the Omega Institute and is the author of several books, including The Fullness of the Ground.

For thirty-seven years I have been searching, knowing that my aliveness, my connection with myself and others was lacking. I knew there was more!
