Dza Kilung Rinpoche is recognized as a tulku within the Kilung Monastery lineage of Tibet. He founded the Kilung Foundation to support his teaching worldwide and leads Pema Kilaya, a sangha offering meditation instruction and practice both in person and online.
He is the author of The Relaxed Mind, a seven-step meditation method adapted for contemporary practitioners, and The Free Mind, which addresses meditation practice alongside the challenges of digital technology, both published by Shambhala Publications.
