Christina Guimond
Christina Guimond is explicit about what her work is not: not a philosophy, not a belief system, but a shift in the perception of reality. She points at a direct realisation in which the divide between subject and object dissolves, drawing on the Buddhist understanding of emptiness.
Her own practice began with a Transcendental Meditation course and a ten-day Vipassana retreat in 2001. She works one to one in what she calls Awakening Sessions, and separately offers TRE — Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises — for people working with what the body holds.
“This is not a philosophy or belief system. It is a shift in the perception of reality.”Christina Guimond
