Weekly programme with Michael Singer
Michael Singer teaches a fixed weekly programme at the Temple of the Universe, the meditation community he founded near Gainesville, Florida. Sunday Service runs 9:30–11:15am with a talk by Singer; Talk Nights run Monday and Thursday, 8:15–9:45pm. Optional meditation is offered 30 minutes before each programme.
All programmes are free and registration is not required. Singer does not travel to teach, so this recurring in-person schedule is the primary way to hear him teach live; check tou.org/schedule for any changes before visiting.
