About the event

Waed Bouhassoun and Ensemble

An hour of Syrian song and oud in the auditorium of Heidelberg's old university, as part of the Heidelberger Frühling festival.

“Music is indispensable to me; it sets the rhythm of every moment of my days, of my life. I live with it, for it. I cannot imagine existing without it. It is my link to my native land, my family, my friends - it is everything to me.”
