Sunday Morning Meditation with Guo Gu
Every Sunday from 9:30 to 11:00 am Eastern, Guo Gu opens with thirty minutes of seated meditation and then holds an informal question and answer session on Chan practice, in person in Tallahassee and live on Zoom.
