Sayadaw U Tejaniya
Sayadaw U Tejaniya began training as a teenager under Shwe Oo Min Sayadaw. After years as a householder and businessman, he became a monk in 1996 and teaches at the Shwe Oo Min Dhamma Sukha Forest Meditation Center in Yangon, emphasising continuous, relaxed awareness in daily life.
