Shifu Lindsey Wei

Lindsey Wei studied Wu Shu in Beijing before spending several years, roughly 2006 to 2012, living and training full-time at the Five Immortals Temple in the Wudang Mountains, Hubei Province, under a resident Daoist master. She holds a lay lineage title within a Wudang Daoist sect and is the author of a memoir of her training years, The Valley Spirit, along with a biography of a martial mentor, Path of the Spiritual Warrior.

She relocated to the United States in 2010 and founded Wudang White Horse, her school in southern Oregon, where she teaches Tai Ji Quan, Qigong, Bagua and sword forms through weekly online classes, in-person camps and periodic group trips back to Wudang. She also teaches self-paced Daoist meditation and Qigong courses through The Shift Network.
