About the teacher

Diederik Wolsak

Born in 1942 on Java, Indonesia, and a survivor of Japanese internment camps as a young child, Wolsak later trained in Jerry Jampolsky's Attitudinal Healing work, itself rooted in A Course in Miracles, before founding Choose Again in 2006. He is the author of Choose Again: Six Steps to Freedom, endorsed by Gabor Maté, and his approach also draws on Rumi, Poonja, Nisargadatta and Marianne Williamson.

His flagship offering is the "100 Days to Freedom" program: a one-to-two week in-person intensive with Wolsak and senior facilitators at his Costa Rica center, capped at 12 participants, followed by three months of online integration. He also leads workshops in the south of France and a recurring online "Open Circle"; the site has no separate events calendar, so specific dates must be requested directly.
