Yoga and Contemplative Philosophy Retreat in Greece

A week on the cliffs of southern Lefkada, looking out over the Ionian Sea towards Ithaca. Bill Mahony leads the contemplative study and discussion, working from foundational texts of yogic spiritual philosophy in his own translation, and Bridget Woods Kramer guides the integration of those teachings into physical practice. Days leave ample room for meditation and for the setting itself. The site takes eighteen people, spread across three stone villas each with its own pool, and has a private beach.
