The Monks of Sherab Ling Monastery

Monastic ensemble of Sherab Ling in Himachal Pradesh, the seat of Tai Situ Rinpoche in the Karma Kagyu lineage. Their recording Sacred Tibetan Chant, made with producer Jon Mark, won the 2004 Grammy for best traditional world music album; it is not a concert programme but the monastery's own centuries-old liturgy, sung as it is sung every day.
