Venerable Thubten Wangdu
Venerable Thubten Wangdu is the residential teacher at Tushita Meditation Centre, in the forested hills above McLeod Ganj in Himachal Pradesh.
Tushita runs introduction courses alongside longer group retreats, so what he teaches ranges from a first week of sitting to practice for people already years in. His own subject is wisdom and compassion taken together — the claim being that neither one arrives on its own.
